Subject: RE: Mounting control modules

Central, IA
I have mine on the equipment. I bought a cheap $7 plastic toolbox, mounted it to the tool bar and drilled a hole in the bottom to run the wires through. This way I have all the modules and extra wires/plugs coiled up inside out of the sun/rain/fertilizer etc.

I have slowly been adding modules to more machines. I have a few implements that share them. My spring strip till bar and the sidedress bar are never ran at the same time. I simply move the toolbox and the appropriate valves/flow meter from one implement to the other. After 4 years, it is set up to move fairly easily with plugs and flange fittings.

For the little that we use our lime spreader, I just have been putting a liquid module on there from another machine and created a product called liquid lime. 1 gallon = 1#.
