We use rtk. The grid aligns square with the desktop monitor screen, but the fields show on the screen rotated slightly CCW a few degrees. These are NS and EW fields.
Another issue is any wobbles that are associated with the planting map. Even with rtk, we sometimes have dips and jumps in the planting map. I edit the variety map and remove those issues.
