I'm not sure going smaller than 15x15 will make a difference; it depends on what the Pro 600 does with that grid. It might just take 9 5x5 grids and combine them to make 1 15x15 grid, and the work of combining the grids might make it work harder than if you'd just exported 15x15 grids in the first place.
