Midwest | I'm not at the right computer now, but in your report click edit or change at "Edit Report Options" and then search the left side for Guidance Details and add it to the right. It should have heading and some other info in it but it's a bit lengthy sometimes.
I'll have to try it in the morning to see if there's anything else but that screen is where you'll add/subtract items from the report. Field summary report might be my first choice to start with for a template. | |
