Cedar Rapids, Iowa | With the newest firmware release, the FMX1000 can now accept RTCM v3 correction data in addition to CMR+. This gives you a lot of options for base stations. NovAtel, Leica, TopCon, CHC, etc. Anything that can output RTCM v3 correction data should work for you.
Note that both the rover and base needs compatible radios. If you're using the internal radio for the FMX, then you'll need to have a radio of the same brand at the base. I think Trimble uses Pacific Crest radios.
