Yes, see my first reply. Back up your current configuration, load the "Default vehicle" profile, upgrade to 5.26 and finally restore your backup. The key point is to load default vehicle before installing 5.25 or 5.26 NavII fw.
BTW, when you write 5.2, do you mean 5.20? xFill should work with 5.20. Oldest version I have tried is 5.16 and it works with xFill.
