NCIN | I need a gas cylinder for my combine which the dealer has in stock for $113. Just for fun, I Googled the part number and found that two other sources have the cylinder for about half the money. You can order online, call toll-free, use your credit card, wait for shipping, hope it doesn't get back ordered, hope it doesn't need returned, etc, etc, etc.
Do you guys shop your parts on-line and hope for the best, or give your dealer the business at a higher price while building a good customer relationship? | |
