I had this same problem on a 245 Magnum. Everything calibrated fine, but when I went to engage in field it would straighten the tires and drive wherever they pointed to. I had to change my firmware down to 5.23 I think. The trimble tech guy said there was a bug in v5.25 that caused some vehicles to do that.
