Subject: Help With Autopilot Installation Problem In AG Ready CIH 550 Quadtrac

South Africa
Hi guys.
Some help please.
Installed a FMX with auto pilot in a new (2013) 550 Quadtrac. Took out the CIH navii and installed a Trimble navii, as per installation manual.
Chose CIHAG 450-600 Quad (T4) as the Vehicle Profile.
When I run the calibrations everything works fine ( it turns left and right correctly when doing dead zone callibrations).
Problem is:
In the AP Diagnostics screen it will not allow me to "enable" or calibrate the "Manual Steering overide".
Also when I engage Auto Steer on an AB line the tractor just straightens up, and keeps going straight, no matter how far offline or what angle relative to the line it's going. If I go to "AP Diagnostics" while engaged it shows PWM Right @ about 35% and PWM Left @ 100%, but just keeps going straight. If I turn the steering wheel while engaged it gives an error "AP- movement opposite to what was expected.

The Fmx is on V 7.3 and Navii on v5.25(not using RTX just RTK). Using the FMX internal reciever on the Tile plow and a 262 with RTK on the Navii.

Anybody know what I'm missing?
