Eastern Nebraska
The COM Port button is used when you use a Field Doc Connect cable typically, which connects into, let's say, a Raven box. You want to stay out of there. Again, it saying AUTO is a good thing. Keep it plugged in. You don't need to try and select the whisker switch in here. When you plug into the ISO, another icon should appear on your menu to get into the planter or drill (which may say blockage monitor). If you're not painting when this implement is plugged in, then you may have a bad whisker switch or bad wires connecting to the whisker switch. Typically when you plug in the ISO implement and then go into it through the menu, you'll be able to see a diagnostic button (book wrench) in there. There is a test for the height sensor in there to see if it's working properly. I admire your persistence to try and play with your equipment to figure this out, but I would start buy checking connections and trying the test. And what kind of drill was it?
