I don't think he is bragging, it was way more of a certanty than anything that could happen in Chicago. New crop basis is very good, and if harvest does't happen at a fast enough pace basis will continue to be good in a historical sence. 22% mature vs 5 year avg 41%. Feels like a big, slow, wet, harvest is on the way. Harvest low basis might not happen till LH OCT or NOV.
