If you go to the Trimble Website and get to the CFX-750 product information page, on the right side of the page you should see 'Product Resources', under that go into 'technical support' then click on the line saying 'CFX-750 Display Software Downloads'. In the next screen that pops up you should find the 4.05 language file downloads.
