I`m looking to buy a new 3520 sugar cane harvester, My salesman tells me that JD don`t offer intergrated Autotrac on the wheel version of harvester only on tracks. This really bugs me as this day and age of big $$ farm equipment ($500,000) that JD sells they cannot offer latest technology in GPS equiement. I`d be happy to pay a little extra to get it "autotrac ready" but they don`t even offer a system for this machine. Bloody ridiculous!!
The brochure says it will take a ATU but what a poor after thought on such a big ticket item. All my tractors and grain harvester have intergrated autosteer in them so I`m not happy about getting a ATU for this machine.
Are there any JD AMS sales guys on the forum that can confirm what my sales man is saying?? Or find a way to intergrate the autosteer??
