NW IL | Not sure about your dealers, but in Northern IL, when I ask "please order part # XYZ", they place the order for me, parts are shipped direct to my door and I install myself. I'm sure if I wanted help with install, my dealer would charge a little extra for his time, but overall, I have been very pleased with the dealer that I work with.
My only complaint is that Ag Leader tech support won't let me order parts direct. I still have to go through my dealer. I have no problem going through my dealer other than if I'm already on the phone with tech support and they have all of my contact information as well as my dealer's, why they just can't hit the "order" button baffles me. So after getting off the phone with tech support, I then proceed to call my dealer and place the order. Usually within the day, the dealer then picks up the phone and calls Ag Leader to place the order on my behalf. In the middle of spring and fall, every hour and day matters when it comes to getting parts...... | |
