South Africa | We had to swap a screen out in a tractor, got Trimble to load the new serial no on Connected Farm and it shows up in Farmworks Office, but the screen will not transfer any data. If I go into the Office Sync>Diagnostics screen it shows full 3G (HSPA) signal, and network running, but does not get passed "Authenticating" just keeps showing that, have left it for over an hour.
Does any body know if I'm missing something?
