Columbia Basin, Ephrata, WA | I don't like the tone of that article. If they can't promote a new idea without having to make villains of the producers of what they're trying to replace, the new idea isn't that good.
Speaking of not that good, if these "new eggs" are as good a substitute as soy milk, the egg producers of the world have nothing to worry about.
