finishing up here is running 325 /spot. That would not be an existing site or doing any dirt work like you are. I doubt you'll get it done that cheap. many up here are now looking at 20 yr payoffs . Also ask them about how much work the new validus program is to comply, and what are they gonna do if you cant pass. Is your contract null and void? Do you have to pay 1500 for another site inspection?
