They don't agree. Try running a A+ line on the Trimble, and run an A-B with the Deere. Set your A point on the next swath to the Trimble, cut to the other side of the field following the Trimble, and set your B point. You'll find you're a small fraction of a degree off the Trimble heading. This works when picking up with a G2 on a field swathed with a Trimble. You may have to reset a few times a day.
