We hung ours with cable on the bins North edge of Carroll if you go by those. Pretty sure those went behind the stiffeners though. On non stiffened bins we just take 2x2 angle, with a pipe welded half on on inside of angle. Put strap from top of angle to top of pipe to keep cable from slipping off, then just bolt to bin on sheet seam. Then just thimbles and turnbuckles down to fan
