no, the 300 cannot do everything a 700 can. It can run AccuControl and the ISO Task Controller, but may not perform well in situations where you have a lot of prescriptions, lots of rows or boom sections, etc. Also remember that the screen is much smaller, and not all implement UIs will scale well to the small screen.
