( granted it must be 87 to 89 octane gas too ).
Thee Best thing about the RFS Standard ( or Plan ) happens to be the fact that it IS a fuel plan. also MO.
Make ALL the usa corn into ethanol and challenge the export fuel market would be Good ( just cut the price or sell for a touch "under" and take more fuel market share Globally ).
Everything else will adjust from a market stand.
