Midwest | It will make a headland pattern for you when you make straight ones in SMS if you tell it how wide and how many passes. However, you can't send that headland to an Integra (or almost any other company) to steer. Only the straights go out. I believe Trimble might be the only one that will accept a headland pattern made by someone anywhere at a desktop computer. (IIRC) I think it has to do with liability of me sitting here in (insert random state) and sending you a headland wherever you might be and hoping the tractor steers perfectly along fences, poles, buildings, etc.
With RTK today and a lot of people doing this themselves it would work fine but I also see the scary side of it if you're not paying attention or have a hired-hand in the tractor etc.
You could make multiple straight lines to then use in a Smartpath pattern I believe. | |
