Midwest | Do you have copy to card on shutdown turned on? Or do you have to push copy to card to write information to the card?
Based on those answers, when did you copy it out the first time? If you sent them the files already, I'm guessing you'll have an answer. It should have made ILF files for at least each day so you should have at least that many files of decent size. Do you? They have the dates built into the name to check.
If you think you have all the files you should, go to File>Projects and make a new project and try it there in a blank mgmt tree in SMS. | |
