SW Ohio | I have alluded to the repair shop that did ours a long time ago, it is the place where dealers send them to. 20.8R38 hit an I-beam and cut the side when it was less than 100 hours old, that was 17 years ago and it is still going, in fact hard to find the injury, cost $70.
Yes cut, poked, slit tires can be fixed IF it is not too close to the bead or too big, definitely worth checking into with todays tire prices.
