I modified a 608C chopping to put on my 8120. It is a certain amount of work, but nothing serious if you are handy with a plasma and welder and don't mind hacking up an expensive head. Bish makes the kit, and is good to work with.

The pieces that are cut out of a 608 are pretty well destroyed during removal, but they are just multiple pieces of flat stock. They just happen to be a few layers deep.

Headsight make the controls for the electronics.
