| I would try a hard reset. I dont remember exactly the process, but I think you hold down the bright and dim buttons and then turn the power on. You keep the bright and dim held in for like 30 seconds or until the screen changes. You will loose all of your information on there, but if its not working its not doing you any good either and chances are if you send it off they are going to do the same thing. | |
