I have a customer that bought a Raven Cruizer from me 5 years ago. He told me he is technologicly illiterate. He was right. I have spent many hours on the phone or in his machine retraining him. But now he is full RTK has autosteer on everything but the rock picker tractor. I am guessing he has spent 60-70K on precision since that first Cruizer. Someone who starts small might grow into a great customer down the road. |
