NECIL | We wet to the annual combine clinic at our Deere dealer last week. The AMS guys were explaining a new deal where you could use your iPhone (now and Droid Jan 1, approx) or iPad in the field and bring up your maps from apex while scouting or even in the field while planting, spraying, combining etc. It sounded like a pretty neat deal to be able to use your phone to take pics and upload ten with flags into apex. Sounded like the app was free and it cost $600 to activate on apex, multiple phones or devices with one activation. | |
