Apple doesn't include SPP in their Bluetooth stack, but I think you can get that functionality if you jailbreak the device. Then you'd need an app to move the data. The iPad does include RS-232 serial, but they require some special hardware license in order to develop software for it. Basically, Apple doesn't make it easy to do what we need to do. | |
