McLeod County, MN | This is on soil that is around 5-5.5 organic matter. One trip across the field. Got worse as I went. Rolling pretty hard today. Where I did zero tillage last fall its hanging on pretty decent. The rest is not so good. This piece was MB plow last fall and one pass FC this spring. 2" rain would be soaked in pretty quickly.
I hope most guys realize it gets pretty ugly once you get past the end rows. If you are gonna be chopping silage dont let them outside rows decieve you. This stuff would be ready to go today.
