SE ND | Make sure you have the engine running so you have plenty of voltage. Try unplugging the 3000, brown box if you have one, and ATU and try the update again. Try making a new update USB stick in case some file is corrupt.
If none of these work, I would take it to the dealer. I have had this error come up twice when I did not have the engine running and the voltage was a little low, I had to call the dealer once, the other time I unplugged the brown box display as I had a dual display setup and the updates would then go through. | |
