Minier, Illinois | I tried to update our 2630 display tonight from version V_3.16.1174 to V_3.19.1117, the update that was just released. I put the USB stick in the display and clicked on update, and it immediately brought up an error that said: The software update was unsuccessful. See the Message Center. Error: 18. I then went to the message center and clicked on the reprogram key. I was then able to update the SF3000 Receiver as well as the ATU200 individually, but when I tried to click on the 2630 update, it brought up the same error message. Anybody know what this error message is, or what I need to do to get the display to update? Thanks in advance! | |
