Set the fields up in SMS like you want. When you go to the field, use a generic name for those fields like "1". Then every time you go back to the office sort the data into the correct boundaries. Prescriptions can be created that cover the three fields farmed as one field. You can export that prescription as field 1. Do not send any boundaries for those fields to the display.
