North Central IL | May help to think about it this way:
The Remote number 1 work control feature toggles on the detent positions. So, remote lever detent forward = logging and remote lever detent back = not logging.
You need to be religious about using the detents. I suspect this is the cause of your 'flakey' operation. If you push the lever forward, but never hit the detent, it will not log.
I tend to forget to use the detent about every 10 rounds while chisel plowing and have the same problem you describe. You can make the remote #1 logic work, but it is not the same as having an implement switch.
Have not done it yet, but it may help to program the Headland Turn Sequence to have the remote detents programmed in on lower and raise. That might make harder to mess up. | |
