Who what huh?
A NMEA GGA sentence contains latitude, longitude, elevation, and some other things. One of those other things is an indicator of the fix type.
1 = No differential correction
2 = DGPS
4 = RTK
5 = RTK Float
If your receiver is functioning on RTK, you'll see a 4 in the GGA sentence.
