These are the counties they are going through today. When they say they got a 240 in Watonwan its cause they didnt have to fight the flooding like elsewhere. The final meeting is in Rochester (Steele County). Heard they had Flash Flood Warnings this morn. Too bad all that water fell onto PP ground.
