China is a big Country.....weather varies from flooding to drought. The harvest just completing is the wheat, which is grown in a differnt area than the corn. Think US crops dry in areas and wet in the East and S. East.....similar to reports coming out of China. Dry in a couple good producing provices and perfect weather in a several more....JP
