I live in nobles, while the kernal counts maybe high we are in need of rain, and heat because of low heat units. I expect tipback from where we are now. Most of the corn got planted mid may but the beans were planted from mid may to end of june. I dont expect a large bean crop as july was dry and the beans stood still till we got 2 inch about 2 weeks ago. That was the first rain since june 20.
