China has harvested 70% of their grain crop and the Ag Ministry expects 2013 production to hit another record high for the 10th straight year, despite drought.
Guess they don't really need all the grain imported in july.
I am thinking production and record high should be big bold letters and despite drought small letters to give it a better read.
you thought usda was bad.........
