South-central Nebraska
Traded my 2012 Ranger 800 for a new 13 Ranger 800 today. Same everything except for color. My 12 had almost 4100 miles, many which were mud, stalks and tough conditions! It had front end problems, wheel bearings out, u-joints shot, boots ripped plus a few other fixes they found. Never had any problems up until this. Parts and labor came to almost $900 and was going to take close to 3 weeks to get it back.

Drove a new 900, wow, very nice and drove great! Cost was close to 2K more than 800. The way I use and abuse these I just plan on trading every two years. Dealer told me that they consider 3000 miles of average driving conditions on a Ranger to be equal that of 80,000 on a pickup. I would consider my miles worse than average.

May even consider trading every year. I use this Ranger more than we have ever used a utility tractor.
