Between Omaha and Des Moines, 7 miles South of I80

Don't overtighten a new fuel return check valve; they only torque to roughly 28 ft lbs = just good and snug.(This is a good place to start)


I assume you already have a "hand priming pump"; if not, install one.


If you have been using the "bleed plug" a lot; then there is always a chance that the inner o-ring has chunk missing and can also allow air into the system, too.  


There are some other items, too; but let us know after you change fuel return check valve.
