I've never been a big believer in knowing what the breakeven price is. Can you even really know before you know yield and how much drying will be involved? Is harvest going to go smoothly or will the combine catch fire, truck get in a wreck, etc?
I don't think calculating breakeven is as easy as some make it sound. |
