southern MN | I think the yield will drift lower, but we won't know that until 2014 and so don't figure much in the pricing until we have sold a fair amount off.
$4 is not a bad thing, land rents will need to adjust, along with property taxes, that will take a couple years to sort out, just as the crop prices out paced on the way up, land costs will not slow down as fast as crop prices.
Anyone been through that pattern before probably will do ok.
