Subject: Re: Bolt Bin Layout?

SESD
I have the same type of bins from northern tool. Bold dia.'s we have are--1/4, 5/16, 3/8, 7/16, 1/2, 5/8, 3/4. Divide up the trays for the shorter bolts. I have some divided into 3. I have each on in lengths from 1" in 1/2" increments up to 6" or so. Some you don't use a lot of, but you'll figure out which ones you only need 5 or less in stock. For the nuts and washers, I have a tray divided into 3 with each bolt dia. in 1 tray. I have a rack like one of the posts above. I have the bolts and nuts in a vertical row from smallest to largest. Works for us. I also have some carriage and other misc. bolts on hand as well, but not near as many.
