Looks good to me, not how I laid mine out, but your plan is just as workable as mine.  However,,,, I'd seriously reconsider the shorter bolts in the bigger sizes.  I've never used a 1" long 1" bolt that I can recall.  I think I start at 2 or 2 1/2" on the bigger sizes and go to a longer lenght.  I also have the smaller sizes by 1/4" lenght but that takes bin space and I could 'get by' with bolts at 1/2" lenghts.
