Centralia, MO | I'd suggest a few ideas. Smaller bolts are rarely used in real long lengths and large bolts are seldom used in very short lengths. You might consider consolidated 1/4 and 5/16 lengths of 4 and up into one bin and 2" and below in 3/4, 7/8, and 1". Also 7/16 and 9/16 seem to be quite rarely used. I think I would consolidate those quite a bit. These consolidations would allow expansion of other more common sizes. | |
