Have a few cheap sets, a good unknown fixed pin pair from the 50's, some shop made ones. All good but just bought a set of the higher dollar channel locks for everyday use. Came within an inch of buying a full set of the snap on industrial label off amazon with the locking rachet but couldn't justify as I don't do much transmission work.
