I know some guys, with service trucks, just measure the compartment, that they want the main tools in (normally, just behind driver's door) then they go find a good, used lower tool box(lower cabinet) and remove the wheels and slide that used "cabinet" into the service truck compartment.

 Might even find something new, like Harbor Freight, Northern Tool or Menards, too that will fit
