Garvo do you take the corn head apart. We have ours completely apart as most years we find wire warped around the inner drum and the aluminum plate that the knives bolt to had some cracks In it had to get it welded. Had to fix two off them last year and look it all over for problems might save you some down time.
When you looking at starting? We have the chopper about ready to go so may go out and chop a load to make sure every thing works but may be 5 weeks before we start.....Dave
