Not a bad yeild at all. Local lockers always yeild more.
Another grid thing is on some grids they can be 51% black hide and go as cab.
We send cattle to Schuyler as well. During the heat in July pulled a 65.21 yeild. Plant average that week was 64. Gain really sucked tho as they were VERY shrunk from the heat and humidity.
